## 🛜 Wi-Fi & Entertainment
* **Wi-Fi Network:** Lux Speed 5G
* **Wi-Fi Password:** EmeraldWatersPCB
* **Internet Info:** Private high-speed fiber Wi-Fi is available in the condo and throughout the resort.
* **Streaming TV:** Equipped with high-speed fiber. You can log into your own premium streaming channels (Netflix, Hulu, etc.)

## 🔑 Arrival & Check-In
* **Check-In Time:** 4:00 PM.
* **Early Arrival:** If you arrive early, text us at **(602) 466-8856**. If cleaning is finished and the condo is ready, we are happy to grant early access (no guarantees).
* **Welcome Email:** A detailed welcome packet is emailed **10 days before arrival** from **info@emeraldwaterspcb.com** (subject: *It's almost time! Check-In details for your Panama City Beach trip*), provided your rental agreement is signed and your damage deposit hold is completed. Check your junk folder if you don't see it!
### 🚗 Getting Here & Security Check-In
1. Follow your GPS to **11347 Front Beach Rd, Panama City Beach, FL**.
2. Stop in the **left lane of security** and provide your name and condo **T3-203** to receive your parking pass.
3. *Note:* Your resort fee includes up to two parking passes. Please let us know ahead of time if you need one or two passes.
4. Go through security, take an **immediate left**, and park anywhere in front of the **Tower III** building.
### 🧳 Entering the Condo
* **Building Entrance:** Enter through the center of the building under the overhang.
* **Luggage Carts:** Carts are available in the center entrance. Use them as needed, but **do not bring luggage carts into the unit**. Please return them to the ground floor when finished.
* **Finding Unit #203:** Take the elevator to the **2nd floor** and go to the **left** to our condo (#203). Stairs are also located just outside our door for quick access.
* **Inspection:** Once inside, verify everything is in order. Notify us immediately at **(602) 466-8856** if anything is amiss.

## 🏡 Resort Amenities & House Rules
* **Resort Wristbands:** There are **10 resort wristbands** left on the kitchen bar. All guests **aged 13 or older must wear these** at all times on the property to access amenities. Leave all wristbands in the condo when you depart. There is a **$25 charge per band** for broken or missing bands.
* **Pools:** Enjoy the beachfront lagoon pool or the seasonally-heated pool located directly in front of our building (Tower III).
* **Accessibility Tram:** A free tram stop is located near Edgie's at the lagoon pool to take you over the bridge if desired.
* **Quiet Hours:** Strictly enforced from **10:00 PM to 8:00 AM**. Please respect our neighbors.
* **No Smoking:** Smoking is strictly prohibited at any time inside or at our condo.

## 🧺 Supplies & Linens
* **Kitchen & Starter Items:** Our fully equipped kitchen includes a Keurig, toaster, and blender. We provide a *starter amount* of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, coffee, and soaps. If you stay longer than 2–3 days, you will need to replenish these items.
* **No Maid Service:** Daily hotel-style maid service is not provided. An in-condo washer and dryer are available for laundering towels and linens as desired during your stay.
* **Bath Linens:** Bath towels are provided but **must not be removed from the condo**. Do not use towels to clean spills, remove makeup, or wipe hair dye. Stained or ruined towels will require replacement at the guest's expense.
* **Beach Towels:** One beach towel per person is left out for pool or beach use. **Please shake all sand off beach towels before bringing them inside**. Excessive sand brought into the unit will incur an extra cleaning charge. Be sure to return all pool towels to the unit.

## 🧹 Departure & Check-Out Tasks
**Check-Out Time:** 10:00 AM.
**Trash Disposal:** Take all trash out to the trash chutes, which are located near the elevators.
**Towels:** Gather all used towels together and place them in a bathtub.
**Pack-N-Play** If used please disassemble and return to closet
**Dishwasher:** Load all dirty dishes, add detergent, and **start the dishwasher** before departing.
**Food & Personal Items:** Remove all leftover food, drinks, and personal items from the condo.
**Lock Up:** Turn off all lights, electronics, and ensure the door is securely locked behind you.
